1. About KorgTool
KorgTool (korgtool.com) is run by RG. It lets you build new keyboard set files from sets you already have. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that email secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One membership is for one person.
3. Memberships and billing
Monthly ($9.99) and yearly ($99) memberships renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Lifetime ($299) is a single payment that gives access for as long as KorgTool is offered. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change, and any change applies from your next renewal after we tell you.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription on the site, or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
5. Your files
Your sets are processed in your own browser and are not uploaded to our servers. You are responsible for having the right to use any sounds, samples and sets you load, and for anything you make or share with KorgTool.
6. Acceptable use
Don't share your account, resell access, try to get around the membership, or use KorgTool to copy or distribute sounds you don't have the rights to.
7. No warranty
KorgTool is provided "as is". We work hard to make the files it creates load correctly, but we can't guarantee they will work on every keyboard or firmware version. Always keep backups of your original sets.
8. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about KorgTool is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for lost data, lost sounds or indirect damages.
9. Trademarks
KorgTool is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Korg Inc. Korg, Kronos, Pa4X and Pa5X are trademarks of Korg Inc.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Questions: support@korgtool.com.
